You can expect a moderate to fast paced class. Expect to build heat and work towards challenging poses. Throughout October we will focus on hips and hamstrings, where we will build flexibility. We will start with a gentle meditation, focus on the breath, then move through a gentle warm-up. You will then move through standing postures and eventually make our way back down to the mat. You will find stillness within poses to promote relaxation. We will finish with an extended mediation. Props and many variations are provided. I always offer the opportunity to ignore me or take a nap. Even if you are new to yoga, you are welcome.
The Experience
